Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in the technical design and implementation of Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that support and enhance global contact center operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Advanced Flows, and Salesforce customizations, along with the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Advanced Flows, and configurations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Optimize solutions to improve contact center efficiency, automation, and agent productivity.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments.
  • Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and release teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Lead Developer or Senior Salesforce Developer.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Advanced Flows.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce customizations, configurations, and technical design.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience working with global contact center environments is a strong plus.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
