Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance professional with 12+ years of overall experience to lead and scale data governance and GTM (Go-To-Market) data operations programs. This role partners closely with Sales, GTM, and senior business stakeholders to ensure data is trusted, well-governed, high-quality, and fit for decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of program leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands-on data governance expertise, with proven experience working with third-party data providers and complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver enterprise-scale data governance initiatives supporting GTM and Sales organizations
  • Define and enforce data governance standards, policies, and operating models
  • Partner with senior GTM and Sales leaders to align governance programs with business objectives
  • Oversee data operations and data quality across internal and third-party data sources
  • Manage relationships with third-party data providers and ensure data compliance and accuracy
  • Capture, document, and translate complex business and functional requirements
  • Establish and maintain metadata management and data quality frameworks
  • Collaborate with BI, analytics, and data engineering teams to enable trusted reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience
  • 5+ years leading projects and/or teams delivering scalable data or GTM programs
  • 3+ years working closely with GTM and Sales organizations
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Governance or GTM Data Operations
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
  1. Data Governance
  2. Metadata Management
  3. Data Quality
  4. Master Data Management (MDM)
  5. Business Intelligence
  • 3+ years of experience working with third-party data providers
  • 3+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
