We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists. This role will focus on supporting our Licensing Management System (LMS) operations by developing new modules, enhancing existing functionality, and providing technical guidance across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and experienced in working within Agile development teams while also providing strategic technical insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, including Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, including test scenarios and documentation.
Perform routine system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting in a highly customized Salesforce environment.
Integrate Salesforce with other applications using real-time, batch, and asynchronous methods.
Utilize Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools, and Eclipse Force.com IDE for data management and migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and comply with best practices.
Evaluate information from multiple sources, consolidate details, and extract functional requirements.
Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in Salesforce application development and programming.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and enterprise-level integration.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, or C#.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration projects, middleware solutions, and web services (SOAP/REST).
Solid experience with relational databases and data management tools.
Demonstrated success in Agile development environments and complex project delivery.
Salesforce Developer certification is preferred.
