Job Description:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong Production Support experience to join our team in supporting mission-critical applications for a leading telecom client. The ideal candidate will possess deep troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and strong scripting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support including application monitoring, incident response, and break/fix resolution.
Troubleshoot faults, alarms, and manage trouble tickets efficiently.
Perform root cause analysis and complex debugging of production issues.
Implement and follow change management and security remediation processes.
Support and maintain RESTful APIs (JSON), databases, and cloud environments.
Utilize monitoring tools like Grafana to ensure system health and performance.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake databases.
Hands-on with Kubernetes and Azure Cloud.
Familiarity with RAML and OpenTelemetry (bonus).
Strong understanding of production support and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
