Job Description:
• Business Process Support:
o Assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes within the utilities sector, focusing on generation, transmission, distribution, metering and billing, and asset management.
o Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
o Support the design and implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Service and Asset Manager / SAP Work Manager, with a focus on utilities.
• Basic understanding of Syclo Config Panel, SAP Gateway, SAP Mobile Services, and the MDK platform.
• Strong interest in business process analysis and optimization within the utilities sector.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
