Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Salesforce Consultant to join the OneCM Production Support Team supporting a large-scale healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, production support operations, microservices integrations, and performance monitoring within enterprise healthcare ecosystems.

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, the ability to support a large clinical/business user base, and a proactive mindset toward operational stability, observability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 Production Support for Salesforce Health Cloud applications supporting a large enterprise healthcare user base.
Mentor Prod Support Team Members for Salesforce Health Cloud
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service degradations, integrations issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Monitor application health, API performance, transaction flow, and operational KPIs across integrated systems.
Support and analyze integrations between Salesforce and enterprise healthcare microservices/platforms.
Collaborate with Dev, QA, Infrastructure, SRE, and Business teams during release validation, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Participate in release checkouts, production deployments, and post-release monitoring activities.
Perform log analysis and operational monitoring using Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar observability tools.
Drive operational excellence by identifying recurring issues, automation opportunities, and monitoring gaps.
Support high-priority incidents and lead technical troubleshooting calls when needed.
Ensure compliance with healthcare operational standards and enterprise support processes.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Experience supporting large-scale production environments with high transaction volumes and large user populations
